ABIT Awarded "ATI Certified"
ABIT's ATI graphic cards now ATI Certified

February 13, 2004 - Built for Gamers, By Gamers, ABIT high-performance motherboards and graphic cards are engineered to perform. In order to offer the gamer even more ways to obliterate the opposition, ABIT has partnered with ATI, one of the leading manufacturers of graphic solutions. By collaborating with ATI, ABIT users will be able to experience ABIT Engineered ATI VGA cards. The first ABIT ATI card, the 9800XT is now shipping worldwide. It has just been awarded by ATI as "ATI Certified".

According to ATI, VGA Cards meeting ATI certification "…have been tested by the ATI AIB Certification team to meet the highest standards of Quality, Reliability and ease of use. AIB Certification is awarded to specific products which have undergone testing and meet a preset level of quality, usability and reliability. Not all products are Certified. AIB Certification is ATI's highest award of quality." ABIT's 9800XT is now certified with ABIT's follow up ATI products including the 9600 and 9200 Series expected to receive the same certification over the short-term.
